You

at no cost by visiting

Adobe® Reader™, version 7.0 or above, download and install it before you attempt
to open any of these documents. Contact your system administrator about installing
Adobe® Reader™ at your office computer. If you are using a computer at a library,
ask the library computer support staff for assistance. Heimer Engineering
cannot provide technical support regarding installation of Adobe® Reader™.

Please review the agreement, and have your Attorney review the agreement, prior to contacting Heimer Engineering. All inspections are subject to a pre-inspection agreement.
If you cannot download or open the PDF file, try the equivalent TIF file. the TIF files are larger, but may work on older computers that cannot open the PDF files.
Payment is required at the inspection, or at the time you make the appointment if you are not going to be present at the inspection. Click here to make a payment.

Agreement for Pre-Purchase Inspection of a Dwelling (PDF).
This agreement covers inspections of residences, including homes,
condominiums, cooperatives, apartment buildings, multiple-use buildings,
etc. (Dwelling
TIF equivalent).

Agreement for Pre-Purchase Inspection of a Building (PDF).
This agreement covers non-residential buildings (Building
TIF equivalent).

Agreement
for Engineering Consultation Services (PDF). This
agreement covers general Professional Engineering services not covered
in another agreement (Consultation
TIF equivalent).

Agreement for Multiple Dwelling Examination (PDF).
This agreement covers examinations of multiple dwellings, usually
for a
sponsor converting a building to a condominium or coop, or for
a tenant's association needing a report on the condition of their
building (Multiple
Dwelling TIF equivalent).

Agreement
for Pre-Litigation Consultation and Analysis (PDF).
This agreement covers the analysis prior to litigation (Pre-Litigation
Consultation TIF equivalent).

Agreement
for Affidavit (PDF). This agreement covers general
the Professional Engineer's Affidavit review (Affidavit
TIF equivalent).

Agreement for Litigant and Claimant Services (PDF).
This agreement covers litigant, claimant, and expert witness services
(Litigation
TIF equivalent).

Binder
for Engineering Time (PDF). This agreement reserves
time for Engineering services (Time
Binder TIF equivalent).
- Supplemental Agreement Regarding Radon Canisters (PDF) adds radon screening services to a pre-purchase inspection. Note that we may not perform radon testing in your area. Call our office for more information (Radon TIF equivalent).
Please make sure you download the correct agreements. Most residential inspections require the Agreement for Pre-Purchase Inspection of a Dwelling. If we are performing a consultation, you will typically need the Agreement for Engineering Consultation Services (PDF).
